The primary focus of the position is to promote and sell the company's systems in Japan. Activities will be a combination of direct sales towards end ship building/maritime customers and supporting global sales activities with Japanese stakeholder management.
Conduct direct sales activities
Finding and servicing customers. Participation in customer meetings and marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars etc.
Preparation of commercial offers (quotations) and contract negotiation
Prepare and send budget and firm quotes to customers.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers
Drive and manage global sales activities through our network of company sales offices, our Distributors and agents
Provide support to global sales via stakeholder management (owner support).
Reporting to management
Report activities performed and planned, the obtained results, and expectations to the future.
Ad hoc tasks
Participate in solving Ad Hoc tasks which Management determine have high priority.
