Role: Quantity Surveyor / Senior - MEP

An exceptional Quantity Surveyor is currently required for a Tier 1, Global Construction Contractor to join the team on a brand new, long term, major New Build Hospital project based in Europe.

NEC Contract experience is important and Hospital, M&E or New Build experience is preferred. Due to the location of this role, it would require a temporary relocation for the length of the project (accommodation and flights allowance provided)

Requirements:

• Suitable Qualification (Quantity surveying, commercial management etc)
• Hospital or major New Build experience including M&E works
• NEC Contract experience ideally
• Happy and able to work away from home

Duties

• Agree sub-contract applications
• Prepare and submit of client billing
• Identify contract variations
• Cost and value reconciliations on complete works and works in progress
• Compile quotations
• Compensation Events
• Keep appropriate records and schedules in all activities
• Report Monthly figures to senior management
• Process invoices, compiling invoices and updating spreadsheets
• Monitor project costs and feeding back cost value information to the site team
