Head of Sales
Salary: In the region of €80k - €90k + 35% bonus + benefits
My client is a global innovative OEM and service provider of rotating equipment at the peak of technology.
The company offers significant flexibility to provide the best environment to maximise success. This position would suit someone possessing an entrepreneurial mindset who is easily adaptable and versatile.
Experience/ knowledge required:
- Fluent in English- essential, additional languages - desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results driven
- Experience with rotating equipment; turbines, gas engines or gen-set experience desirable
- Holds a successful track record of securing LTSA's
- Strong management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and willingness to travel across Europe and CIS regions.
- Reporting Global Sales and Marketing Director
- Travelling to Europe, CIS and North Africa regions
- Responsible for implementing the service sales strategy
- Possess a strong market knowledge, not only of existing clients but also of new markets and other business opportunities
- Take initiative to explore the market for new business and you also strive to sell (long term) service contracts
- Directly manages a team of 4 (3 regional sales managers and sales engineer)
