The Highfield Company is pleased to announce the projects and organisations that the company has supported in 2013. A the company Christmas conference, the entire staff watched presentations by charities who had applied for funding and then allocated money to the successful projects. A total of £30,000 was given away by the company!
The Highfield Company donated £12,740 to the Rainbow Centre to cover the entire cost of their early intervention programme for one year. Lara Bull, Business Operations Manager at The Rainbow Centre, communicated "We are absolutely thrilled that you chose to support the early intervention with our under 3’s - you cannot begin to imagine how big an impact this support will have in 2014."
Also successful were the water charity Just A Drop, who received £8,996 to cover the cost of training a water pump mechanic and a water quality specialist in India for two years. Fiona Jeffery OBE, Founder & Chairman of Just A Drop communicated "It gives us a huge boost to know our clients have confidence in our approach and are prepared to support it so whole heartedly."
Also beneficiaries of funding from the Highfield Company were Tearfund, who received £3,500 towards their Inspired Individuals programme, and Society of St James who received £3,500 towards their Rewind programme.
