We are looking for an Service Delivery Analyst responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing relationships and liaising with operational teams, Company IT and Client IT. You will be responsible for all coordination of IT, working predominantly on Client sites to ensure the day to day relationship is positive.
As a Service Delivery Analyst you will be the first and primary point of contact for the Client for all IT matters.
Duties will include;
- Being the first port of call for all IT related matters including issues
- Continually look to improve the service provided
- Analyse business requirements and implement changes in accordance with company strategy
- Prepare update reports
- Assist in the development of overall IT strategies
The ideal candidate will have;
- A Level, HNC educated or equivalent experience OR able to demonstrate ICT Business experience
- Able to prioritise work load accordingly
- Knowledge of ICT industry developments
- Able to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships
- Able to work autonomously and support business priorities
