Job Description

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have overall commercial responsibility of projects, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of all costs related to projects.
  • Procurement of key sub-contractor packages.
  • Being involved in client meetings.
  • Working with operations and design teams to deliver projects from inception to completion.
  • Pricing variations and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Value management and cost control.
  • Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
