Site Manager Job DescriptionAs a Site Manager, you will have day to day responsibility for supporting the running of the site.Responsibilities include:Ensuring site is running to programme.Management of subcontractors.Ensuring relevant documentation is up to date Liaising with architects/design teams.Client visits.Manage Health & Safety plans.Site setup and inductions.Offering support to Assistant managers.You will report to a Contracts Manager and be given all the relevant support to successfully deliver projects.The company will also put you through relevant training courses and support your professional development. Senior Commercial Manager
£65k - £80k plus package
A multi award winning Main Contractor undertaking prestigious projects up to £40million in value, ranging from Hotels, Industrial units and High rise Luxury living.
Over recent years, they have built up a dynamic management team, targeting only the top individuals within the industry, this in turn has led to their projects being complete to market leading standards, whilst also delivering solid profitability.
They are now looking to add a Senior level Commercial Manager to their new regional office to cover High rise projects along the Thames Valley (High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Henley on Thames etc.)
The Contractor currently has a number of projects secured and have solid relationships with numerous developers which ensure a consistent level of repeat business.
As the new office in the region is fairly young, the Senior Commercial Manager will be the person that the Commercial team is built around.
- Management of all costs related to projects.
- Procurement of key sub-contractor packages.
- Heading up client meetings.
- Working with operations and design teams to deliver projects from inception to completion.
- Pricing variations and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Value management and cost control.
- Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
As the office grows, you will oversee the entire commercial team, however the role will initially require you to be hands on and heavily involved in projects.
