The Bid Manager shall: Be responsible for ensuring bids are submitted on time and to a high standardReport as required on the progress of each bid against agreed programme.Review technical solutions to ensure most cost efficient solutions are submittedImplement bid strategies to co-ordinate the preparation and submissionPresent internally for approval, information incl technical responses, staffing and administration structures for bid preparationCo-ordinate, prepare and continually review bid submissions.Prepare meeting schedules and coordination of the design and construct teamsPrepare bid presentations In return you will be working for one of the market leaders in there field both in the UK and Internationally. ROLE: Graduate Design Manager (Would consider Graduate from any construction related degree or HNC)

Are you looking to begin your career as a Design Manager working for one of the Market leading structural steel and architectural metalwork specialists in Hertfordshire and working on some of the most iconic projects of our time.
Your role as a Design Manager will include the following:
* You'll be involved in working collaboratively with the tender teams, project teams, clients and designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant third parties.
* Responsibilities will include liaising with designers, reviewing designs, making site visits and inspections, preparing briefs for investigations, surveys and monitoring.
