Job Description

As Contracts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the profitable and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Programming of works.
  • Managing the delivery team (Site Managers/Supervisors etc.) ensuring projects are running to programme and to budget.
  • Sourcing and procurement of sub-contractors.
  • Heading up client meetings.
  • Implementing and managing Health & Safety plans.
  • Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Keep an up to date knowledge on all related legislation.
  • Have a working knowledge of budgets and costing.
