Civil Design Engineer

Currently looking to talk to Civil Engineers looking for the opportunity to join an award-winning Consultancy specialising within the Infrastructure, drainage and highways industries.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience, with a relevant degree and experience using AutoCAD and Microdrainage. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of civil engineering services under the direction of the Discipline Partner and work on projects such as highways design for roads, pavements, bridges, Section 278 Agreements and in earthworks engineering and more.
Some aspects of the role include:
*Be responsible for delivering work to a fee agreed with a Project Manager
*Prepare client / project proposals
*Oversee the delivery of projects
*Produce flood risk assessments (FRA's) and Drainage strategies
*Agree design philosophy / design fundamentals
*Producing highways and drainage designs relating to medium to large development infrastructure projects
*Produce civil engineering drawings
*Provides day-to-day client interface, conducting site visits for technical assessment or problem-solving
*Starting to run small jobs autonomously
*Flexible working to meet project deliverables, demonstrates efficient working under pressure
*Procure project resources
*Construct project teams from internal and external resources.
*Support senior civil engineering staff with design
