ROLE: Project ManagerSALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 Plus PackageLOCATION: West Midlands My client is currently looking for an established Contract's Manager with significant experience in Structural Steel. The job role will entail delivering numerous Structural Steel a Projects to successful fruition. Contracts will range in value from from £500,000 to £4m in value. The successful candidate will work between both the office and site.The job role will entail:Providing support to the company and client site teams.Working closely with the design team to develop value engineering options, improve upon product aesthetics and enhance delivery timescale.Set and manage project delivery strategies; monitoring progress, maintaining quality and commercial aspects of the scheme.Plan/phase manufacture through the workshop with the workshop foreman. MEP CAD/Revit Coordinator - London, UK (3-5 years experience, International visas available)
Our client is a leading MEP subcontractor operating throughout the UK. They have several high-profile projects now live, with many more in the pipeline throughout the UK where the construction market is booming.
We are currently spearheading a recruitment drive on their behalf, looking for MEP CAD/Revit Coordinators at the 3-5 years' experience mark to join their team in the United Kingdom - to be based on projects in London.
Suitable candidates will have MEP CAD/Revit experience with a well-known MEP contractor - ideally in the Middle East. Fluent English language skill is essential and having worked with Brits or English speakers previously is advantageous.
Key responsibilities will be to develop concept ideas into drawing details making sure that the CAD, Revit and BIM systems are used effectively as well as using Revit MEP to produce and develop 3D models and producing related 2D/3D CAD drawings using Autocad.
Prerequisites for the position include:
- Degree qualified
- CAD/Revit related qualification
- 3-5 years' post-graduate experience in construction as CAD/Revit Coordinator
- Experience on a $20m+ MEP project
- Experience working for a tier 1 MEP subcontractor/Western MEP subcontractor
- English language must be fluent
