ROLE: Project ManagerSALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 Plus PackageLOCATION: West Midlands My client is currently looking for an established Contract's Manager with significant experience in Structural Steel. The job role will entail delivering numerous Structural Steel a Projects to successful fruition. Contracts will range in value from from £500,000 to £4m in value. The successful candidate will work between both the office and site.The job role will entail:Providing support to the company and client site teams.Working closely with the design team to develop value engineering options, improve upon product aesthetics and enhance delivery timescale.Set and manage project delivery strategies; monitoring progress, maintaining quality and commercial aspects of the scheme.Plan/phase manufacture through the workshop with the workshop foreman. We are currently engaged on a search assignment for a major construction contractor in Hong Kong who are searching for BIM Co-Ordinators and Engineers to work on a newly awarded building project.
We are seeking candidates who can display the following skills and abilities;
- University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Excellent English language skills. Written and Verbal communication in English is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years post grad experience.
- Experience in major building projects.
- Experience managing BIM process at Construction and Post Construction stages.
- Familiar with Navisworks, Revit, GIS and AutoCAD.
The client offers a competitive package which after living costs are deducted, works out as around US$3-5k per month NET.
You would be joining a newly created team and therefore you will gain experience from day one as well as having a voice within the organisational structure.
