ROLE: Asset Management Assistant Engineer - Lighting

LOCATION: ESSEX


Currently looking for a Lighting Asset Engineer to join a leading UK Contractor. Working within the Asset Management team specialising in Lighting to ensure that the Street Lighting stock is maintained and managed suitably.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with the Asset Manager for Lighting
  • Provide expertise and assistance for Street Lighting asset management functions such as life cycle, whole life costing, data management
  • Maintain and update data management systems

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, lighting or relevant experience
  • Evidence of strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  • Knowledge of street lighting software
  • Full clean driver's license
