Although all trainee consultants go through the one year training programme, the scheme is designed to give those with the most talent and commitment the opportunity to progress at their own pace.
Each trainee has their own mentor who is an experienced senior member of our team and will be there to train, push and support our trainees.
For more experienced recruitment professional who join us, our training and development plans are bespoke. An initial thorough review of current skill levels is undertaken and then a training programme built to ensure you are learning new methods and expertise.
