"I joined The Highfield Company in 2013 after they approached me to set up the 'UK Build Contracting' division. Prior to joining, I worked for one of the UK's largest and most well-known construction recruitment specialists and it was a difficult decision to leave, but I have no regrets at all now!

There is a culture of success within this business which I have found inspirational, even as an experienced consultant I have already learnt so much from those around me and feel I have improved my skillsets more in the last few months than in the previous few years.
