The Highfield Company Referral Scheme
At The Highfield Company, we work throughout the world in all areas of energy, construction & engineering. We realise that the best candidates cannot always be found on the open market and come through referrals from friends or colleagues. Due to this we offer a candidate referral scheme to reward you for recommending our services to others.
We offer the following;
CANDIDATES REFERRALS:
If you recommend to The Highfield Company a candidate who is not already registered on our database, then we will pay you GB£200.00 when they have completed 30 days in a role that we have introduced them to and received a fee for.
HIRING MANAGER REFERRALS:
If you refer a hiring manager to us who we are not currently in contact with, who is actively recruiting and who is willing to use our services, we will pay you GB£200.00 for every placement that is made with them for the first 6 months from when we initially contact that hiring manager.
Terms and Conditions – The Highfield Company Referral Scheme
If you are UK resident for tax purposes, we are legally obliged to deduct tax in accordance with current HMRC legislation from any payment which we make to you under this referral scheme. You will therefore need to advise us whether you are a lower (20%) or higher (40%) rate tax payer so that we can make the applicable deduction before payment is made.
If you are ‘Non-Resident ‘for tax purposes then we can make any payment under the Referral Scheme without deduction of tax.
Other than the deductions mentioned above, the recipient of any payment made by ‘The Highfield Company’ is responsible for any declaration or payment under HMRC legislation and ‘The Highfield Company’ will not accept any further liability under this Referral Scheme.
