You will join the business at a pivotal time, overseeing roughly 3/4 projects in and around the London area, at one time.Tasks:Prepare and Check financial forecasts and project reportsContract NegotiationCost Value Reporting/TrackingLiaise and agree monthly valuations with clientsMonitor labour, plant & other cost allocations, report cost deviations to budgetMaintain Cost reporting systems to manage the financial status of the projectRequirements:Suitable Qualification held (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, etc)Civil Engineering, Piling, Groundworks experience is ideal, but not a must This is a great opportunity to work with one of the market leaders in this field who can offer fantastic progression and development alongside a competitive salary and package.
