The company has a proven track record of effectively delivering diverse projects and services to a broad base of clients with whom it works, handling projects either on a traditional contract basis or through full partnering agreements. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Rail Project Engineer. To be responsible for project engineering for a section of works ensuring that they are on time, within planned costs, to specification and profitable. To liaise and co-ordinate with the Project Team and other functions within the Project/Division such as commercial, design, planning and SHEQ.Essential:* Technical and engineering skills, qualifications and experience* Previous relevant sector experience* Good communication skills* Commercial & financial awareness* Project engineering skills* Problem solving skills* Customer facing skills* People management skills* Supervisory skills* HNC or equivalent in Civil EngineeringDesirable-Change management ability-Ability to present and sell ideas, concepts & proposals to clients as part of tenders or projects.-Flexibility and willingness to learnIn return for being a successful candidate you will be offered a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus an attractive benefits package.
